Indoor Cycling Regulations

All class times listed include warm-up and cool down. Beginners please show up early (10-min) for proper instruction and bike set-up. In order to attend a class you must have a water bottle, towel, and check-in at the front desk to receive your boarding pass. When taking classes that are "back to back" you may not register for the second class. However, you may place your name on the waiting list. ALL CLASSES ARE FREE. Sign-up for a class up to 48 hours in advance. Late cancellation (less than 1 hour) = $5 fee; NO SHOW = $10 fee. There is a fee for Indoor Cycling Camp and special rides of $125.

If you register for a class you must check in at least 5 minutes prior to the class to keep your reservation.

Personal Trainers

Personal Trainers are available to customize and optimize your workout. You'll get maximal results during your one on one sessions. Dates and times are variable.

A personal trainer is also generally available during the mid-morning and mid-afternoon to answer member questions about using our exercise equipment safely. Although this trainer is not available to provide an individual session, you're certainly welcome to ask a question or set up an appointment

Karate

Seigokan Goju-Ryu Karate-do is available for all levels at the Foster City Athletic Club.

Child Watch

The Child Watch center's normal operation hours are:

Mondays through Thursdays

8:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Fridays

8:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Saturdays

8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Child Watch is closed on Sundays
